Every journey begins with a first step. My journey into a slimmer me began yesterday when I signed up to be Herbalife Distributor. Why? Because I aspire to be a new me. I desperately need to reduce my weight. Recently my weight has bloomed up to 86.6 kg. For my height of 150 cm that weight put me into the severely obese category. For that much weight my BMI is 38.48.

The formula is weights in Kilogram (86.6Kg) divide by height in meter square (1.5 X 1.5 )= BMI (38.488). God I'm fat!! I felt like a kingkong! My movements are restricted. I have backaches. My blood sugar is very uncontrolledable. I have buffalo hump. My clothes became too small for me!!
