Journey to a slimmer new me. I signed up to be Herbalife Distributor

Every journey begins with a first step. My journey into a slimmer me began yesterday when I signed up to be Herbalife Distributor. Why? Because I aspire to be a new me. I desperately need to reduce my weight. Recently my weight has bloomed up to 86.6 kg. For my height of 150 cm that weight put me into the severely obese category. For that much weight my BMI is 38.48.

What is Body mass index (BMI)? It is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. The formula is weights in Kilogram (86.6Kg) divide by height in meter square (1.5 X 1.5 )= BMI (38.488). God I'm fat!! I felt like a kingkong! My movements are restricted. I have backaches. My blood sugar is very uncontrolledable. I have buffalo hump. My clothes became too small for me!!

In the recent CT-Scan of my heart, the Left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD),there is mixed calcified atherosclerosis with mild (25-50%) disease at the proximal of LAD and mid-segments of the LAD. There is mild disease in the proximal segment. Right Coronary artery (RCA)- The RCA is a dominant vessel.The distal segment, at PD branch shown mildly atherosclerotic changes after the bifurcation.
